Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an automatic acknowledgement of receipt via e-mail. In case you did not receive the order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form on our website.

Once your order is on its way, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number. Use this to track your order with our shipping partner and find out when you can expect delivery.

Customer Satisfaction

The Satisfaction Promise is a service from HATE ME LOVE ME® to our customers. Every time you order a fragrance for the first time, you will receive a free test fragrance in 2 ml size. This allows you to try the scent first to really be convinced. If you don't like the scent and want your money back, just send us back the unused and unopened bottle of your ordered perfume. We can only take back unused and unopened fragrances.

If you want to try our fragrances for the first time, purchase them, and you will get a free test fragrance in 2ml size along with your 100ml bottle ordered fragrance based on our Satisfaction Promise.

Or you can order one of our Discovery Sets to try multiple scents or as a gift for your loved ones.

Returns + Exchange

Yes, you can return all items purchased in the HATE ME LOVE ME online shop within 14 days of receipt. Please note, that returned goods should be sealed and unopened. If the quality of the goods is impaired, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.
